Naomi Dear is a senior leader and practitioner specialising in gender‑based violence, trauma‑informed practice and organisational risk management. She has more than fifteen years’ experience across government, higher education and not-for-profit sectors. Naomi is a qualified mediator and an experienced trainer in sexual harm prevention and bystander intervention.

She has overseen multidisciplinary teams, governed high‑risk programs, led critical incident responses and misconduct investigations. Her work supports organisations to meet legal, regulatory and insurer expectations while fostering psychologically safe and accountable cultures.

Jessica Hand is a social worker and response specialist with experience across child protection, health and the non‑government sector. In recent years, her work has focused on institutional sexual harm response within religious contexts. She brings expertise in trauma‑informed advocacy, victim‑centred practice and organisational risk and compliance, advising organisations on managing disclosures and allegations with care, clarity and accountability.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication, combining clinical insight with strong communication skills to work effectively in high‑risk, high‑scrutiny environments.

Natalie Renshaw is an experienced legal and risk professional specialising in trauma-informed responses to sexual harm in multi-stakeholder environments. With over a decade of experience as a private-practice lawyer, she brings strong skills in legal analysis, advocacy, regulatory risk, consulting and client advisory work.

After leaving private practice, Natalie spent nine years working with victims of sexual abuse in a faith-based context. Her expertise includes policy development, risk assessment, governance frameworks and legally defensible response processes.

Natalie carries proud Torres Strait Islander and Papua New Guinean heritage and is also a descendant of the Stolen Generations through her great‑grandmother, who was forcibly removed from her family and community. This lived legacy is not just part of her story — it drives her commitment to culturally grounded, trauma‑aware and justice‑focused practice.
